Our story
ChillBaker started as a side project — one Basque cheesecake at a time, shared with friends and neighbors. What was meant to be a small thing kept growing because every cake felt personal. We bake in small batches, by hand, with the best ingredients we can find.
How we bake
Every cake is made fresh to order. We use European butter, organic dairy, and seasonal fruit when it makes sense. Nothing leaves the kitchen unless we would happily serve it to family.
Pickup, not shipping
We do not ship — cakes deserve to be picked up the day they are baked. Two pickup locations, plus door-to-door delivery within range for an extra fee.
